Led by Jonathan Boyko, this 45 minute strength building class will focus on using the students’ own bodyweight to safely develop strength.  Developed specifically for youth and young adults, a bodyweight strength campaign is safer for developing bodies than using external weights.  Jonathan’s class is high energy and informative.  You will have fun, get sweaty and build confidence and self-esteem along the way.
