This is a workshop for both parents and youth about mindful eating and healthy drink choices. We will explore ways to nourish our bodies and increase awareness about how we feel when we eat and drink, which is vital to developing a healthy lifestyle!
This will be an engaging and interactive session that will get participants to think more critically about the food/drink consumed on a daily basis. Our aim is for youth to develop a positive relationship with food and to empower them to make life-long healthy choices.
